Over the past 33 years, Jaime Siegel has been a prominent figure within the intellectual property counsel and IP business domains globally. Following a seven-year tenure at notable New York patent litigation firms Fish & Neave and Kenyon & Kenyon, Jaime joined Sony Corporation, where he spent nearly sixteen years effectively managing hundreds of patent litigations across the globe. Concurrently, Jaime focused on the commercial aspects of intellectual property at Sony, holding leadership and pivotal team member roles in projects that generated well over one billion dollars in revenue for the corporation.
Among numerous other professional endeavours, Jaime has served as the Global Licensing Lead for the Open Invention Network (OIN) since 2016. He has overseen a massive expansion in the size of the OIN community, which currently has nearly 4,000 members around the world, and is the largest patent non-aggression community in history.
Jaime graduated from Clarkson University and received his B.S., Mechanical Engineering, and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
